Local: six pages for a business with more to explain

When different jobs need different answers, one long Services page becomes hard to use. Local gives up to three main services their own pages, so each can explain the job, the details that matter and how to ask for a quote.

Prices in AUD. No GST is added: Numencia is not currently registered for GST. Your domain and any agreed third-party fees are separate.

Six pages with a job to do

Home: what the business does, who it helps and the next step. About: who does the work and the real qualifications or licence details you provide. Three service pages: one clear explanation per main service. Contact: your real service area and an enquiry route. A privacy page is included in addition to those six pages.

6 main pages: Home, About, 3 service pages and Contact. A separate privacy page is also included.

Your service area, without a page for every suburb

If you cover Caloundra and nearby suburbs, the site can say so clearly. A list of the places you genuinely work is useful. It does not need a near-identical page for every suburb. We only make a separate page when there is something distinct and useful to explain.

The writing starts with the jobs you actually want

At the interview, we choose the three main services and the questions each page should answer. You supply your photos and facts. I write the pages and send them for approval. You have one feedback list on the home-page first look, then two rounds of changes to the complete site.

You bring the facts. I turn them into pages.

I’m Robin, based in Caloundra. I write and build the site myself. ABN 81 665 847 885 · More about how I work.

You provide: the interview, your services and prices, the areas you genuinely cover, photos you're allowed to use, any licence or registration details, domain access and feedback.

I do: the page plan, writing, design, build, form checks and launch. I send drafts for you to approve rather than guessing at your qualifications, guarantees or services.

If a photo, access or decision is missing, I'll tell you what is needed before the next step. We agree the schedule in the quote and update it together if the content or scope changes.

Where Local stops

Local covers up to three separate service pages within the six-page plan. If you need four or five separate service pages, Pro gives them room. Two services can share one page if that answers customers' questions clearly; the page plan, rather than a count of every small job, determines the package.

A shop with carts and stock, or daily self-editing, sits outside this offer. Photography and logo design are separate, and you pay your domain and email providers directly.

See Pro's page plan.

Timeline, payment and after launch

Your written quote confirms the page plan and start dates before you book. You pay 50% to hold the dates and 50% before launch. If you cancel before the interview, your deposit is refunded in full. You see your home page before I build the remaining pages. If you stop at that first look, your deposit is refunded in full. The website includes twelve months of hosting and one hour of small changes to use across those twelve months. After that year, choose hosting at $15 a month or move the paid site to your own host. Hands-free changes is a separate optional service, not an automatic subscription.

Cost after launch

The Year 1 website-and-hosting subtotal is $1090, including twelve months of hosting and one hour of small edits across that year. Hosting in Year 2 is $180 if chosen for all twelve months, making $1270 over 24 months. Use the included edit credit before paying for occasional updates or considering Hands-free changes at $39 for each month you choose. Domain, email and outside fees are separate.

Questions

Why separate service pages?

A person asking about a switchboard upgrade needs different information from someone replacing a light fitting. A page for each service gives those answers room.

Can I change the mix of six pages?

Yes, before booking. The agreed plan and 1,200-word limit are written in the quote.

Does Local include an FAQ page?

Short questions can sit on the relevant pages. A separate FAQ page uses one of your six pages, or you can choose Pro's ten-page plan.

What if I have four or five main services?

Pro gives up to five service pages. If the actual page plan needs something different, I quote it before work starts.
