Twelve months of hosting and one hour of small website changes in total are included from launch. The credit covers request handling, preparation, editing and checking during that year. Use it before paying for small requests; it does not renew monthly.
Hosting and Hands-free changes are separate choices. No paid subscription starts automatically. Use any valid included credit first, then choose Hands-free changes only if useful. Cancel a monthly service at any time: it ends at the end of the paid month, with no next charge. New layouts or features are quoted first. No service promises rankings, enquiries or AI mentions.
Send the new detail and its effective date. I confirm the work, use any valid credit first, update the agreed places and check the result. You receive a note showing what changed.
Your domain stays in your name. The paid files and moving instructions are handed over free. Installing the site elsewhere is quoted separately; your domain, email and third-party licences keep their own fees and terms.
I send a written reminder before month twelve ends. Choose Hosting or a handover; no paid subscription starts automatically. Without a choice, one 30-day hosting-only grace period applies, with no edits or charge. Written notice gives the end date before hosting pauses.
Cancel a paid service at any time. It ends at the end of its paid month, with no next charge. Cancelling Hands-free changes does not cancel included or separately chosen hosting. If hosting ends, we confirm the transfer date. The one-off grace after the included year does not repeat after paid cancellations.
While hosting, I keep current and previous versions and copy the site before and after publication. A restore uses a checked copy. The site archive is kept for thirty days after hosting ends, with its export and end date supplied. Hosting includes no periodic inspections, continuous monitoring or instant response.
I confirm the end date, affected work or amounts and the handover in writing. Your paid files and instructions remain available; no replacement team or permanent personal availability is promised.
