Websites for electricians
Someone looking for a switchboard upgrade has different questions from someone replacing lights. Give the main jobs their own explanation, show the licence details you confirm and make the quote request useful from the first message.

Start with the jobs you actually take
The interview identifies your main services rather than filling the site with every electrical keyword. A six-page plan can include Home, About and licence details, three service pages, and Contact with the genuine service area. If you do not take a type of work, the site should not imply that you do.

Facts worth checking before the page goes live
You supply the real details and confirm the services and hours you advertise. I place the verified details in the site footer so they are easy to find throughout the site. That is a layout choice; a website draft is not a licence check or legal sign-off.
Queensland's Electrical Safety Office says electrical contractor advertising, including websites, must identify the registered name and electrical contractor licence number, subject to the applicable exceptions. Read the official advertising guidance.
A request you can reply to
Ask for the service, suburb and a brief description. If a customer can safely share a photo of the existing setup, explain the agreed way to send it. Do not ask them to open equipment, remove covers or investigate an electrical fault.
After-hours means actual after-hours
If you offer it, state the hours and real way to reach you. A standard enquiry form should not appear to be an emergency response channel. The web package does not create a staffed dispatch service.
Questions
Can my licence number be visible on every page?
Yes. The design repeats the verified business and contractor licence details in the footer. We check the current official requirements and any relevant exceptions before publication.
Can I link to an existing booking tool?
We can scope a supported link or embed separately; your tool and fees remain yours.
Will the concept use my business details?
No. The public concept is fictional and does not display a real licence.
Can I start with fewer pages?
Starter can use a shared Services page if that genuinely covers your offer.
