Starter is $890 for three pages, Local $1090 for six, Pro $1490 for ten and Redesign $1390 for up to six. A privacy page, the agreed writing, twelve months of hosting and one hour of small edits across those twelve months are included. Domain, email and outside fees are separate. No GST is added.

Starter uses one shared Services page. Local has up to three separate service pages. Pro has up to five, an FAQ and one offer page. Six or more separate service pages need a page-plan review. Help me choose.

You can, if you want to do the writing and setup. This service is for owners who would rather explain their business in an interview and have me turn it into the pages and build.

Not as part of this offer. There is no cart, stock management or page-builder dashboard. A link to a service you already use may be possible after a fit check; that does not turn the site into that service.

I do, from the interview and within the package's word limit. You supply the facts and approve every page.

I use tools to help with drafts and production. The agreed facts, the structure and the words still need review. You approve your business information; the offer does not include invented expertise, reviews or results.

Your time for the interview, services and prices, real service area, photos you can use, licence details where relevant, access and feedback. I send a clear list rather than asking for a finished document of website copy.

You see the home page before the remaining build. You can stop at that first look and receive your deposit back in full. If you continue in writing, one feedback list covers the home page, followed by two rounds on the complete site.

50% holds the agreed dates; the other 50% is due before launch. If you cancel before the interview, your deposit is refunded in full. You can also stop at the home-page first look and receive that deposit back in full, without the draft being delivered or used. These are alternative refund circumstances for the same deposit.

No GST is added. The current registration status appears with the first price on the page.

Yes, subject to access and the existing records. The domain stays in your name. We check the website and email setup before making changes.

Yes. The paid files and moving instructions are handed over free. The new host and any installation help have separate fees. There is no editor dashboard included just because you own the files.

Redirects and careful content decisions can help continuity, but nobody can guarantee an unchanged ranking or traffic level. The agreed six-page scope and up to 25 mapped old addresses are checked before the Redesign price is confirmed.

Twelve months of hosting and one hour of small website changes in total across those twelve months. Request handling, preparation, editing and checking all count within that hour. It does not renew monthly or automatically after year one.

Choose Hosting at $15 a month or move the files to your own host. There is no automatic paid subscription. Files and instructions are handed over free; installation elsewhere is quoted separately.

No. Use the included credit first. Further occasional requests are quoted at $105 an hour in 15-minute blocks, with a 15-minute minimum of $26.25. A monthly service is useful only if you choose it for a regular need.

$39 a month for thirty minutes total of small changes, request handling and checking. The same supplied hours or photo update can also be repeated on an already authorised Google Business Profile within those same thirty minutes. It does not include setup, posts, new writing or ongoing profile optimisation. Hosting is separate after the included year.

No. From month thirteen, Hosting is $15 a month. If you choose both, the total is $54 a month. You can keep Hosting alone or cancel the changes service separately.

The included hour remains available only during the first twelve months after launch. The thirty-minute allowance in a paid Hands-free changes month does not roll over. These are different credits, and no credit automatically renews at the end of year one.

Yes. One page or guide costs $250 per agreed piece, up to 600 words, integrated into your Numencia site with relevant FAQ and structured data. The subject and facts are agreed, with one list of factual corrections before publication. A large new function or specialist research needs a separate scope.

No. Work and available dates are agreed; hosting and changes do not include continuous monitoring, monthly inspections or a 24/7 emergency service.

No. I can deliver the agreed pages, search foundations and any separate content you order. Rankings, enquiries, revenue and AI mentions are outside that promise.

Ask to cancel at any time. That service ends at the end of the paid month, with no next charge. If hosting is ending, we confirm the transfer and end date. Cancelling Hands-free changes does not cancel hosting you have separately chosen.
