The writing. I interview you, plan the pages and write the copy. You check the facts and approve the wording.
A site built for phones. Clear text, useful buttons and an enquiry form tested before launch.
Search foundations. Page titles, descriptions, headings and a sitemap. Google Search Console is set up with you, in an account you control.
A chance to see it first. Your home page draft comes before the remaining build. You can give one list of feedback on that home page. You then have two rounds of changes to the complete site; send each round as one list.
A handover. The final site files, the words and the settings needed to move the site. Your domain is registered in your name.
Corrections after launch. For 30 days after launch, correcting work that does not match the agreed scope is included. New pages, features or changes of direction are separate work; this window is not an emergency-response promise.
Twelve months of hosting. The site stays hosted for its first year. One hour of small changes is available across those twelve months, used as needed; it is not an hour every month. That hour covers request handling, preparation, the edit and checking it. After the credit is used, occasional changes can be quoted individually.

You provide: the interview, your services and prices, the areas you genuinely cover, photos you're allowed to use, any licence or registration details, domain access and feedback.
I do: the page plan, writing, design, build, form checks and launch. I send drafts for you to approve rather than guessing at your qualifications, guarantees or services.
If a photo, access or decision is missing, I'll tell you what is needed before the next step. We agree the schedule in the quote and update it together if the content or scope changes.
Every website includes twelve months of hosting and one hour of small edits to use across that year. Use the credit first. For a few later changes, pay per approved request; if the work becomes regular, optional Hands-free changes may suit you. Hosting after year one is a separate $15 monthly choice, or you can move to your own host.

Twelve months of hosting and one hour of small website changes in total are included from launch. The credit covers request handling, preparation, editing and checking during that year. Use it before paying for small requests; it does not renew monthly.
Hosting and Hands-free changes are separate choices. No paid subscription starts automatically. Use any valid included credit first, then choose Hands-free changes only if useful. Cancel a monthly service at any time: it ends at the end of the paid month, with no next charge. New layouts or features are quoted first. No service promises rankings, enquiries or AI mentions.
The build includes twelve months of hosting and one hour of small edits to use across those twelve months. The table below adds hosting only from month thirteen, if you choose to keep it at $15 a month. It does not assume a paid changes service. Your domain, email and any agreed third-party fees are separate.

A clear button or supported simple embed for a booking or payment tool you already use, on up to two agreed existing pages. You supply the account and pay the provider's fees. It does not include a booking platform, shop, stock management, staff scheduling system or payment-provider approval. The existing tool and requested setup are checked before this add-on is confirmed.
A second language, several staff calendars, a client login or a payment workflow needs a fit check and separate written scope. An online shop or daily self-editing is not part of these packages.
Ask about a specific needThe first 50% holds the dates in your written quote. If you cancel before the interview, your deposit is refunded in full. After the interview, you see your home page before I build the rest. If you stop at that first look, your deposit is refunded in full. If you continue, one list of home-page feedback is followed by two rounds of changes to the complete site. The final 50% is due before the site goes live.
Your quote confirms dates, content responsibilities, the page plan and any extra fees before you pay.
Yes, from the interview and within the package's word limit. It does not include inventing facts, qualifications or reviews. You approve the words before launch.
No. After the included period, you can choose a plan or another host. A website still needs paid or otherwise suitable hosting; the files and moving instructions are handed over free.
I explain the change and price it before starting. You can keep the original scope or approve the extra work.
Updating text, a phone number, price, hours or a supplied image on an existing page. A new section, page, layout or integration is not a small edit.
No GST is added to these prices. The current registration status is stated under the first price on this page.
Your deposit is refunded in full and the draft is not handed over or used. The first-look decision covers the home page; the complete site then has two rounds of changes if you continue.
Yes. Your files and instructions can go to your chosen host. Third-party services and any licensed media keep their own terms.
You can, if you want to do the writing and setup. This service is for owners who would rather explain their business in an interview and have me turn it into the pages and build.
I use tools to help with drafts and production. The agreed facts, the structure and the words still need review. You approve your business information; the offer does not include invented expertise, reviews or results.
