Information you type

The contact form asks for a name, email and message. The brief asks for a name, email and message, with business and current-website details optional. The website check asks for a name, email and website address. The forms inside the fictional concept demos accept sample details and never send them. Do not enter passwords, medical information, identity documents, payment details or information about your customers.

Your answers stay in page memory while you use the tools. They are not put into page URLs, cookies, local storage, analytics or a recording of your session. Reloading or closing the page may clear them; there is no promised automatic recovery of a draft.

Copying, downloading and your email app

Preparing text is not sending it. If you choose Copy, the text is placed on your device's clipboard. If you choose Download, your browser saves a text file to the location you choose. If you choose Open in my email app, your own email app opens a draft to Robin; it is sent only if you send it from there. You control those copies and can delete them.

When you choose Send

Send appears only when sending is switched on for this site. One click posts the reviewed fields once to this website's server, run by Cloudflare. The server checks them and passes one plain-text email to Cloudflare's email service, which delivers it to Robin's mailbox at Infomaniak, its only recipient. Your email address is set as the reply address, so Robin can answer you.

This site's code does not store the message, write it to a log or put it in a URL, and it sends you no copy, automatic reply or newsletter. To limit abuse, Cloudflare's rate-limiting feature counts requests from each connection address over one minute. A confirmation on the page means the mail service accepted the message; it does not confirm that the message has been read.

Cloudflare and Infomaniak handle the message under their own terms and privacy policies. The email stays in Robin's mailbox while it is needed to deal with your enquiry; no fixed retention period is promised here.

Estimator choices in the address

The estimator can keep controlled choices, such as a package or plan, in the page address so the brief can show the same starting point. These choices are not a purchase or permission to contact you. Names, email addresses, supplied website addresses and free-text messages are not put in the URL. You can remove the selection from the brief without erasing its five fields.

Page loading and external links

Loading a page or its assets can make the technical requests needed to display it. That differs from sending the form answers. No optional analytics, advertising pixel or session-recording tool is enabled. This page does not claim that the hosting provider keeps no technical logs.

Source links, the ABN register and other external pages operate under their own terms. The phone and email links open your phone or email app; this site cannot confirm that a call connected or an email arrived.
